What are we looking for?
Someone with at least a few years of sales experience, ideally in a manufacturing setting
A bright, motivated individual who wants to learn our client s business and grow into an Account Manager role over time.
Someone with proven relationship-building skills.
Experience performing a needs analysis with customers
An excellent communicator, both verbal & written.
Answer customer calls & emails.
Quickly respond to questions, concerns & inquiries.
Prospect and initiate calls & emails to low-volume or inactive accounts, in effort to drive revenue
Re-establish contact with former customers to assess their needs
Capture customer data and order information in the database
Thoroughly learn the wide range of capabilities & products our client offers its customers.Gain a full understanding of injection molding processes.
Build rapport with customers through friendly, engaging communication
Reach agreed-upon goals by the deadlines provided
Required Experience & Skills:
Two - five years of inside sales experience. Experience in a manufacturing environment is strongly preferred.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Excel, Word, etc.)
Experience using a CRM system would be ideal
