**Target of position**
Successfully manage technical customer projects by using company standard management tools. Support with supply chain topics.
**Necessary / required skills (Education, Job Experience, special industrial expertise)**
Bachelor s in Mechanical or Industrial Engineering, or similar
5+ years experience in Sales, Engineering or Purchasing in the on-highway vehicle market
Profound project management skills and experience
High level of result orientation and commitment
Self-reliant and well structured
Very good communication skills
Ability to work in a team
Ability to travel frequently (including US, Canada, Mexico, Germany)
CAD skills are of advantage
Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Project)
SAP experience is of advantage
Dependability, readiness to take on responsibility.

Acquisition of new customers in the on-highway vehicle market
Key account responsibility for specific customer base
Conduct market analysis and develop market penetration strategy
Frequent customer visits
Technical feasibility reviews with customers to specify product requirements
Coordinate engineering cycle from concept to serial production based on APQP process
Review customer RFQ and prepare quotes
Coordinate customer projects under consideration of timing and budget
Maintain project plans, monitor sales and margin budgets
Participate in exhibitions and technical conferences
